defination - made with filtered water, real lemons and fruits, unrefined sugar, and nothing else!

Ingredients -

Most of our products unless stated, contain quality organic wheat flour, eggs and dairy products. But we also do use alternative ingredients such as - wheat free flour such as coconut, dairy free -nut, seed or rice milks, natural sugar alternatives - stevia, maple syrup, agave, all to cater to your individual needs and wishes. Me-ma Gee makes raw cake so that’s a possibility too.

Sizes -

Glass jars - a contemporary range of reusable glass preserving jars - with either a metal screw lid or glass flip top lid, available from very small suitable for wedding/party favours to large family size. Traditional preserving jars are also available.

Glass bottles - small individual and larger family sizes.

Brown boxes – small, medium and large brown kraft cartons lined with baking paper and tied with cotton string or ribbon.

Glassine bags - small vintage waxed bags tied up with string.
