Once upon a time there were two sweet young girls who loved to eat homemade cake...
Their names were India and Ella and they were small cake making twins with really big dreams. They spent all day having tea parties with their favourite dolls and teddies, pouring tea and feeding them cake, raisins and the odd hula hoop.
They were brought up by me-ma gee to respect themselves, each other and the planet so they only used wholesome organic produce and recycled or recyclable products....
fair trade and organic chocolate and cocoa, fresh picked fruit and vegetables (yes you read that right – don’t mock... courgette and chocolate in the same mouthful - yum!) organic unbleached flours and sugars, pure butter, local farm eggs from happy chickens, aluminium free baking powder,
eco friendly glass jars, recycled cardboard and paper, cotton string and hemp twine, that can be used over and over for an assortment of projects.

And with a touch of alchemy, they created sumptuous cakes that not only tickle your taste buds with deliciousness, they nourish your body with wholesome goodness and your soul with their LOVE.
